PRODUCT PRICING: PROVIDED DURING SITE SETUP
(All books are 20 pages, reinforced end-sheet book block – side sewn, 100# gloss text, Digitally printed cover w/ 1.7 mil gloss laminate.)

E-Commerce Commissions:
ZIBLIO shall provide COMPANY with paid commission for Gross margin generated on the COMPANY's web site on the ZIBLIO software platform.

Calculation:
ZIBLIO will pay COMPANY commissions on all Gross MARGINS generated by COMPANY's branded web site on the ZIBLIO platform.
GROSS MARGINS will be calculated as follows:

Gross Sales*
- Less Shipping Collected**
- Less Sales Tax Collected
- Less Actual Cost of Credit Card Processing
- Less Cost of Product (based on product pricing)
= Gross Margin

*Gross Sales: All sales completed through Company's web site on the Ziblio platform, including all shipping charges, additional pages and sales taxes collected.
**Shipping: All gross shipping and handling charges will be collected at check out.

Payment Timing:
All commission checks will be distributed by the 20th of the following month.

Returns and Allowances:
All items returned within the return policy* period of 30 days from order receipt will be deducted from commission checks for the previous month's activity.

*Ziblio's return policy provides 100% replacement, or refund, for product received with manufacturing defects or damaged product. (i.e., subjective color matching to monitors is not considered a defect, unless there is a clear malfunction with the printing (i.e., smudging, registration, etc…) Exact color matching to users monitor is not guaranteed.
